Mark-Taylor Pool Parties are open to the public and serve as open houses to showcase the company's luxury apartment communities to residents and prospective residents. Now in our sixth year, these popular events take place at communities throughout the Mark-Taylor portfolio and always have a charitable component. These events and other non-profit endeavors undertaken by Mark-Taylor communities have collectively raised more than $150,000 for local charities in cash and housing donations. This year the pool parties benefit Sun Devil Family Charities, a Tempe-based non-profit organization that provides financial assistance to Arizona State University Alumni, students, staff and immediate family members adversely affected by medical issues.
